An independent property and construction consultancy are looking for a driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Bristol team.

The Assistant Building Surveyors' role

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will benefit from joining a close-knit team, with unlimited exposure to professional development and APC support.

The Assistant Building Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of sectors including industrial, office, leisure and retail, working closely with the team to support a range of exciting projects across the
South West.

This role offers the Assistant Building Surveyor the opportunity to develop professional services such as defect analysis, TDD, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, and contract admin.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will ideally have a minimum of one years' experience within a consultancy environment.

RICS Accredited Degree
Both project and professional experience is ideal
