We're seeking a skilled IT professional to manage a cutting-edge infrastructure spanning on-premise and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). This role is split between support (50%) and project work, driving the design, maintenance, and upgrades of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide senior-level support and guidance to junior staff.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee Windows Servers, VMware VSphere, Cisco UCS, and cloud services (Office 365, Zscaler, Mimecast).
• Security & Backup: Implement advanced security tools and manage disaster recovery (NetBackup, SRM).
• Projects & Upgrades: Lead infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and resource monitoring using tools like SolarWinds and Azure Monitor.
• Collaboration: Foster teamwork, mentor junior staff, and contribute to overall infrastructure strategy.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience with Windows Servers, VMware, Active Directory, and Cisco UCS.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.
