Job Title: Fund Administration Specialist (Wealth Management)
Location: London OR Basildon
Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week), flexible. Full-time considered for the right candidate
Salary: £30k-£40k (Pro Rata for part-time) + Package

The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Administration Specialist with experience coordinating with Authorised Corporate Directors (ACDs). You will manage ACD relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee fund administration processes.

Required Skills & Qualification:

· Strong experience in fund administration or investment operations, ideally within asset management or financial services.

· Proven track record in managing third-party relationships, particularly with ACDs.

· Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

· Professional qualifications (IMC, CFA, etc.) are advantageous.

· In-depth knowledge of UK regulations related to fund administration.
