Are you a seasoned CQC Registered Manager seeking a rewarding role in a highly successful care operation? Our client, a leading provider of care services, is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead their team in Plymouth, with option to work Hybrid.
Package:
* Competitive salary of £34,000 per annum

* On-call duties on a rota basis
* 6 weeks annual leave rising increasing after one year of service.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the care operation, including care delivery, business development, and staff management
* Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals
* Develop and implement new business strategies
* Manage staff matters, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in the learning disability sector
* Level 5 in Health or Social Care (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage a care team and ensure high-quality service delivery
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
* Full UK driving license
