Position Summary          

       

We are seeking a Junior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. The Junior Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business and IT to solve business issues and opportunities with technology.

Responsibilities

Customer Interface and Customer Liaison (consult, research, propose solution options)

Analytical Troubleshooting

Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs

Aiding with test scripts for user testing

Contribute to defining and documenting IT process and procedures

Tracking changes through SDLC process

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree

0 - 4 years working in IT, Good organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal skills, Problem solving and analytical skills, Strong team player, Ability to understand business processes and adapt.

Preferred: Experience with ERP (JD Edwards), CRM, or Project Management systems.
