About the Practice:

At the heart of River Run Dental in Henrico is a desire to completely transform the traditional dental experience. We stay on the cutting edge of dentistry, utilizing the most up-to-date technology and materials such as our iTero digital scanner. We focus on putting the needs of our patients above all else and by doing so, we can practice high-quality dentistry in a serene and blissful environment. 

Responsibilities:

As Concierge, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

Patient registration.

Greet and check patients in.

Track new patients.

Reach out to patients when they are late.

Communicate with clinical team for new patient tours. 

Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
