Overview:

The Midwest's #1 Remodeler is looking for a Service Technician to represent Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity-backed company, in fielding a variety of residential construction service and repair appointments within our St. Louis market! 

Mad City Windows & Baths leads the industry in our Bath, Kitchen, and Window installation standards! We are searching for a well-rounded and experienced maintenance tech that has at least 3+ years in the construction, remodeling, or building maintenance industries. 

Our service technicians follow up with warranty or repair claims on our residential remodel installations. 

Daily tasks could include the following:

Drywall patching

Painting and staining

Installing shower doors

Fixing plumbing leaks

Replacing window sashes

Wrapping windows

Interior trim work

General caulking and cleaning

Misc. carpentry work

What we need from you: 

Valid Driver's License

3+ years of residential remodeling and repair

Good customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift >75lbs as needed

What we do for you: 

Hiring Immediately

Competitive hourly wage of $20 - $24/hour

Paid for company vehicle, gas, & tools

Monday thru Friday work- no weekends! (Hours vary based upon service needs)
