Responsibilities:
The Loom brand design team is a looking for a high-craft brand designer to join our growing team. Our team focuses on marketing Loom as a standalone product and as part of the larger Atlassian suite of tools.
What you’ll do
Design campaigns and feature launches to support the sales of Loom as a standalone product and a product bundled with other Atlassian offerings
Create net new landing pages and expand on our current web design system
Collaborate with motion designers to create storyboards to creatively tell our product story
Iterate on our standalone brand system as well as our ability to associate with our parent brand
Work with our cross-functional partners to solve business problems with creative/visual solutions
Collaborate openly with brand teammates (designers, copywriter, and our producer) to push work to be the best it can be and move it forward
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience
A knack for creative storytelling, bonus points if you have experience marketing software/products to businesses (B2B)
A deep understanding and a proven aptitude for design principles, processes, and the strategy that underpins them
A skillset that spans digital, web, brand, and campaign design
Openness to receiving and soliciting feedback like a pro
Strong visual and written communication skills
Ability to be decisive and move with velocity while bringing stakeholders along in the process
A shared belief that collaboration improves creativity
Experience in working with cross-functional partners in the marketing, buyer-experience, and experience design organizations, always with strategic goals in mind
Confidence in presenting and articulating your work to both peers and partners
The ability to design for different audiences and needs
Attention to detail and high-quality craft
Ability to work with design at-scale
Illustration and motion skills a plus
Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $116,900 - $155,900
Zone B: $105,200 - $140,300
Zone C: $97,000 - $129,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
