Responsibilities:
Design a scalable measurement framework for Atlassian Sales & Success
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and Sales Program leadership to ideate, develop, test and eventually scale nascent growth programs
Assess impact of Sales & Success initiatives and programs, bringing methodologies to life that reflect constraints to ab testing our GTM at scale, but leverage data science best practices to understand causality and incremental business impact contributed by various initiatives
Raise the bar on descriptive statistics and generating insights on how our business is performing
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience of a combination of data science, business intelligence and analytics, engineering or management consulting roles, including 5+ years in data science or BI roles specifically
Superlative first principles thinker, able to break down problems, diagnose the root cause(s), and design scalable solutions
Analytics skills and the ability to define how best to approach complex problems: You know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on the results
Familiarity with key statistical methodologies used to evaluate GTM models and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work across Python, R, SQL and other relevant tools
Excellent communication skills across the organization and up to executives
Track record partnering in fast-paced ambiguous environments
Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $176,100 - $234,800
Zone B: $158,500 - $211,400
Zone C: $146,200 - $194,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
