The Relationship Manager at ConnectiveRx plays a pivotal role in retaining and growing customer accounts, which are integral to our strategies. This role involves collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique needs, crafting tailored solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Conduct user interviews and actively participate in brand and sales meetings to understand customer needs and perspectives.
Effectively communicate ConnectiveRx's value proposition.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze market requirements and develop inclusive patient and healthcare provider journeys.
Proactively manage customer escalations, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
Prepare comprehensive client communications, including reports, presentations, and business cases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success management, or related fields.
Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology industry.
Knowledge of patient support, affordability, awareness, and adherence services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)® certification.
Demonstrated ability to lead discussions and facilitate solutioning with diverse audiences.
Proven track record of delivering results.
