Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows System Administrator with proficiency in Office 365 to become part of our IT team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain our Windows server environment, guaranteeing system stability, security, and performance. Furthermore, the role includes administering and supporting Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage and sustain Windows server environments, encompassing setup, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.

Administrate and bolster Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

Monitor system performance to guarantee high availability and dependability of Windows servers and Office 365 services.

Enforce and uphold security protocols to safeguard systems and data.

Conduct routine system updates, apply patches, and execute backups.

Deliver technical assistance and problem-solving for end-users, addressing system-related issues.

Work in concert with other IT team members to strategize and execute system enhancements and upgrades.

Create and preserve documentation detailing system configurations, operational procedures, and policies.

Remain informed of current industry trends and advancements in Windows server management and Office 365 technologies.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in Windows server administration.

Strong expertise in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.

Other Attributes
