Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative is vital in delivering exceptional support to our customers, including dealers, distributors, sales reps, and end-users, enhancing our reputation as a leading provider of dental products.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries including product info, orders, returns, pricing, and status updates.
Support domestic and international customers, coordinate consignment, and assist with international freight.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide product and promotional information.
Communicate professionally via phone and email, maintaining high performance and customer loyalty.
Ensure timely order processing, address stock issues, and assist other departments as needed.
On-site position with occasional overtime or weekends.
Requirements:
2 years in a call center environment.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience in freight/logistics
Familiarity with web-based tools (e.g., ERP, Salesforce, MS Office).
Ability to handle different personalities and work in high-pressure environments.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Attention to detail, multitasking, and adherence to schedules.
