A rapidly growing business needs a proactive individual to join their team.

Duties include:

• Assist with processing of daily work tickets, digital and some manual.

• Quality check of entries made on Weighsoft software (training provided).

• Issue purchase orders through Sage

• Handling of any queries from subcontractors, confirming with operations manager and re-issuing POs if required

• Chase sub contractors for outstanding tickets

• Action credits received and approve invoices on Paperless that have been held due to credit requests

• Provide reports for completed work to Ops & Sales team

• Maintain customer order database

Skills required:

• An eye for detail.

• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Experience with Excel including an understanding of basic Excel formulas.

• Experience with Sage is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

• Must be reliable.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Ability to work on own or as part of a team

Immediate start, hours 8 – 4pm. Great prospects
