We are looking to recruit Support Workers who are passionate about providing top-notch healthcare in a residential setting, for adults with mental health issues. The positions are based in small supported living units, which are dedicated to delivering high standards of care to our residents.
Location: Brighton and Hove
Details of the Role:
Contract type: Temporary, with full- time hours
Must have experience of supporting adults with mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional health care to residents.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation.
Training Requirements:
All mandatory training
