Are you an Environmental professional with a firm grasp of ISO14001 looking to work for one of the most prestigious manufacturers in the world?

You will be responsible for managing environmental incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, training colleagues, and communicating with local authorities, issuing permits and consents.

As part of a specialist team, you'll be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. With audit training available and room to take on more responsibilities, this role is perfect for someone looking to progress technically within an environmental bias position.

DUTIES

Manage and respond to environmental incidents in a manufacturing environment
Ensure compliance with ISO14001 and other environmental regulations
Train colleagues on environmental compliance and best practices
Handle permits, consents, and liaise with local authorities and councils
Support continuous improvement initiatives to uphold environmental standardsPERSON

Strong knowledge of ISO14001 and environmental management systems
Experience handling environmental incidents and ensuring compliance in manufacturing environments
Confident in communicating with local authorities and councils on environmental permits and consents
Self-motivated with a hands-on approach, keen to take on more responsibility
Interested in audit training and developing technical expertise further
