Title: Experienced Site Manager Needed for Cleanroom Refurbishment Project in Oxford
Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a cleanroom refurbishment project in Oxford. This is a 4-month contract position (Outside IR35).
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project, including:
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating subcontractors' work schedules
- Managing on-site personnel
- Monitoring progress against deadlines
- Liaising regularly with clients
Qualifications & Skills Required:
To qualify for this role, you must have experience as a Site Manager in the Construction Industry. Other required skills include:
- Clean room experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines/regulations
- Degree or diploma in Engineering/Construction Management preferred
Rate Details:
This position offers £250-£280 per day based on relevant qualifications/experience.
