Commercial Finance Manager | £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus | Tameside (2 days in office)

Axon Moore have partnered with a long standing client based in Tameside, a household brand who are looking for a commercially astute qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) accountant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Responsibilities include:

Partner with various business units (operations, sales, marketing) to provide commercial finance support, ensuring financial viability of strategic initiatives
Monitor KPIs and provide insights into business performance
Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process, including revenue, expense, and capital expenditure forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Develop multi-year financial plans and update forecasts as necessary, incorporating business drivers and market conditions.
Build and maintain integration P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow models
Lead detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using data to drive business decisions
Oversee scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to provide insights into potential outcomes and their financial implications
Manage, mentor, and develop the Junior Commercial Finance Analyst, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth
Ideal candidate:

CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified accountant is essential
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
