What you need

Completed and passed a 4-year apprenticeship City & Guilds or NVQ level 3
Reactive and Planned maintenance experience
Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
Key Responsibilities

Planned maintenance onBoilers, AHU’s, A/C, general plumbing, Heating & Ventilation and Calorifiers and Hot Water systems
To be included on the On-Call Rota, to meet emergency and urgent situations out of core working hours
Deputise for Team Leaders
Ability to plan and prioritise work
Carry out any other reasonable request from Estates leadership team
The Role

This role is a temp 6 - 12 month contract.
The salary for this role is £20.31 an hour.
You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
You will be reporting to the Estates Manager
