Reporting to the Factory Manager this is a great chance to be appreciated for your ability and the value you add across the business. This opportunity gives you the responsibility of implementing your processes and procedures as well as improving already existing H&S standards. Our client is looking for a HSE Manager to passionately manage all levels of health & safety for this leading manufacturer with constant collaboration between the executive team.

This firmly established manufacturer has been progressive and growing since the 1970's and has become one of the largest groups within their industry through unrivalled product quality. Your Role as a HSE Manager will include:

* Monitor and Maintain H&S practices within the business

* Implement new systems, strategies and training programmes

* Maintain ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards

The successful HSE Manager will need:

* NEBOSH/Level 6 Diploma

* Experience and proven record of implementing new H&S procedures

* Experience with COMAH & DSEAR Desirable

* Manufacturing/FMCG background

* Commutable to Chesterfield
