A new position has opened for a passionate and experienced Account Director, to join their diverse team, based in Greater London (hybrid & flexible).
Joining this team of deep leadership and commercial experts will grant you the opportunity to provide expert consulting advice, lead complex project management, and deliver year-on-year growth within your client accounts, and for the wider business. You will also have the opportunity to develop and make the role your own, within a team that challenges and supports you to be your best. What you will do:
Manage - Take full ownership of project delivery from sales handover through to completion and beyond, including coordinating the client team to ensure programme success.
Consult - Provide expert leadership and talent programme guidance to diagnose and tailor strategies to client needs, building strong advisory relationships in the process.
Grow - Drive account growth through crafting compelling proposals and proactively seeking new opportunities to expand existing offerings, through leveraging your understanding of your clients evolving needs.
Experience required:
Proven commercial and consulting skills, in ideally the learning and development sector
Strong relationship-building ability
Excellent organisation and attentive skills
Proactive professional with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
