Deputy Nursery Manager - Ealing – 26K –28K per annum (dependant on experience, salary negotiable) - 40 hours per week

As a Deputy Nursery Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nursery Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.

Deputy Nursery Manager Qualifications

Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years
Demonstrated experience in a senior role within an early years setting, with a proven track record of strong leadership and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures within the early years sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a firm commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Solid understanding of child development and early education principles.

Deputy Nursery Manager Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to provide strong leadership and management for the nursery team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for children.
Assist in overseeing the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and maintain strict compliance with regulations and standards.
Take an active role in staff training and development, providing guidance and leadership to foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with families, promoting effective communication and partnership working.
Play a key role in the overall management of the nursery, including financial management, health and safety, and driving quality improvement.
