Are you looking for a HR Advisor opportunity?

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a fantastic business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Advisor, based in Leeds.

HR Advisor

Leeds based

Full time and Permanent

Up to £37k depending on experience

As the HR Advisor, you will support the HR Manager in running the operational side of the team ensuring the effective management of HR policies, procedures and initiatives. This role will involve regular travel to Bradford.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide regular and accurate advice and guidance to managers when needed.
Manage ER casework.
Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process.
Develop and update the companies HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
Collation of monthly payroll changes for processing.
Work with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives.

We are looking for:

Previous experience working as a HR Advisor with excellent employment law knowledge.
Experience managing ER cases, providing advice and guidance to managers.
CIPD qualified.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Previous experience using a HRIS.
