As the HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in building strong employee relationships and boosting engagement across the company.

Policy ComplianceQualifications:

CIPD3 qualified.
3-5 years of HR Advisor experience, especially in employee relations and engagement.
Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.You'll primarily work in an office but will need to visit our manufacturing areas throughout the day, based in Chandlers Ford & Eastleigh.
