The Role: Customer Experience & Sales Support Admin In this pivotal position, you'll be a key player in connecting our sales team, valued customers, and trusted suppliers. Your passion for administration and customer service will be the driving force behind our efficient sales processes and stellar customer experiences.
Your Impact:
* Conduct quality assurance audits and manage contract processing
* Excellent communication abilities to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task effectively
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing process enhancements
* Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and embrace continuous development
* Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
