Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Location: Manchester, UK

Projects: Healthcare and Education

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage projects in the healthcare and education sectors. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost management, from budgeting to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Lead cost management for healthcare and education projects.
Prepare tender documents and manage contracts.
Handle variations, change control, and final accounts.
Advise clients on procurement and project costs.Key Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in healthcare and/or education.
Strong knowledge of cost management and contract law.
RICS accredited or working towards chartership (preferred).On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Salary up to £60,000 - dependent on experience
