Salary: £85-£100 per day | Full-Time | Immediate Start
We are looking for a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Brent. This role involves working closely with the SENCo to provide tailored 1:1 support to students with special educational needs, as well as assisting small groups in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer 1:1 support to students with SEND, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
Assist small groups of students, helping them stay engaged and on track with the curriculum.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement learning strategies and track student progress.
Provide pastoral care, building strong relationships with students to support their wellbeing and academic development.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young adults, ideally in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
