Our client who is within a commutable distance of Stamford is looking for an admin assistant for an immediate start.
This will be working Monday – Friday, 9am- 5pm however they are willing to be flexible for the right person.
The position will become permanent for the right candidate.

The admin assistant role will include;
Taking orders over the phone
Liaising with suppliers and customers
The use of SAGE
Some credit control
Working with the admin team
Use of Microsoft word and Excel
Sending emails

The candidate should have;
Experience with SAGE
Able to communicate with suppliers and customers
Great telephone manner
Happy to work in an office environment
Able to update spread sheets and take orders
