Key responsibilities include:

Leading the Programme Management team to meet business goals.
Working with Engineering and other teams to manage risks and resolve issues.
Planning and coordinating project activities to meet business objectives.
Ensuring effective project management processes are in place.
Allocating resources and managing the development of the PM team.
Acting as a point of contact for critical issues and decisions.
Building strong customer relationships and contributing to business strategy.Requirements:

Senior-level Programme Management experience in defence technology/engineering.
A relevant degree and knowledge of APM methodologies.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with complex programmes, project management tools, and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
Must be eligible for security clearance and able to travel regularly.Employee Benefits:
