We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Learner Engagement Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will support learners in their journey, ensuring they feel motivated, supported, and fully engaged throughout their experience with us. You’ll be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, helping learners overcome challenges, and maximising their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong, supportive relationships with learners to understand their individual needs and goals.

* Develop and implement strategies to boost learner engagement, retention, and success.

* Act as the main point of contact for learners, providing guidance on personal development, career aspirations, and progression routes.

* Organise workshops, events, and activities that enrich the learner experience.

* Collaborate with tutors, mentors, and the wider team to identify at-risk learners and offer targeted support.

* Monitor and report on learner progress, engagement levels, and feedback, continuously improving engagement initiatives.
