Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Redruth
Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:

We’re looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated team at a specialist school in Redruth. * Helping to manage challenging behavior in a positive and constructive way

* Building strong, trusting relationships with students to boost their confidence and engagement

* Working closely with the SEND team, teachers, and external specialists to make sure students get the best possible support

What We’re Looking For:

* A calm and understanding approach, with great communication skills

* Someone who’s adaptable, able to work well as part of a team, and can stay positive in challenging situations

* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one)

Bonus Points For:

* Any relevant qualifications (but don’t worry if you don’t have them – your experience and attitude are what matters most!)

* Experience in a school setting or knowledge of working with children with additional needs

Why Work with Us?

By joining our agency, you’ll get:

* Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

* Regular training opportunities to boost your skills

* Flexibility to work the hours that suit you

* Competitive pay rates and potential for permanent positions

If you’re excited about making a difference in the lives of young people with SEMH needs, we’d love to chat! Apply online and one of the team will be in touch
