Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Suffolk. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, an understanding of technical drawings, and a passion for leading projects to success. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our engineering projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings to guide project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
Implement PRINCE2 methodologies to ensure best practices in project delivery.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2 certification).
Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role, ideally within the engineering sector.
Strong understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional customer-facing skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
