About the role: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team in Ealing. In this full-time, long-term position, you will work closely with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing them with tailored support that encourages their growth and development.

Application Requirements:

• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent) in teaching assistance or education.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and caring attitude towards supporting children's learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEN in accessing the curriculum, both in-class and during small group activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that boosts student confidence.
• Assist with daily routines and personal care as required.
• Help create engaging and accessible learning resources tailored to the needs of each student.
