Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Conducting research, data collection, and benchmarking for large-scale commercial projects.
Establishing and maintaining project systems and processes.
Developing and overseeing project plans and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Monitoring, tracking, and documenting project progress, ensuring smooth delivery.
Preparing project reports, client communication materials, and attending meetings.
Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and designers.
Preparing presentation materials for client pitches and inputting data into internal systems.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a top consultancy.
Experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in London.
Successful track record working on projects valued at £20m or higher.
