Position: CNC Setter (Milling)
Location: Dudley
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: £14.50 to £16.50 dependant on experience
Shift: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.15pm Fridays 8am to 3.30pm

About the Role:
As a CNC Setter (Milling), you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients production runs efficiently, with a focus on precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to achieve high-quality production runs
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce components that meet requirements
Conduct tool changes, offsets, and adjustments
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a CNC Setter, specifically with milling machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices.
Knowledge of Pumas, Doosan, Daewoo, Mynx or Kitamura (or other relevant CNC controls).
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
