Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a growing organisation based near Egham.
Due to the location, and no public transport to the office, the successful candidate will need to be a driver.
The Administrator responsibilities include:
Processing various aspects of payroll
Input hours in line with authorised timesheets, systems and logs and ensure correct timesheets are matched to invoices
Ensure receipt of weekly Limited Company/Umbrella invoices
Point of contact for payroll queries
Send out any requested pay slips by the end of the week
Updating candidates' information on the system
Reconciliation and submission of payroll information
Manage weekly new starters and leavers ensuring that all starter, leaver and variations are updated in time
Ensure New Starter forms, required ID docs and completed contracts are correctly completed and processed effectively
Adhere to set deadlines.
Processing RTI/EPS/P60 & P45
Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner
Processing permanent placements
Noting & relaying messages
Assisting in various queries
Processing expenses
Any other duties as and when required
The Administrator must be:
Computer literate, Microsoft office proficient
Able to work with numbers in complex scenarios
A team player
Organised
Have good time management skills
Confident, driven and dedicated
