Morthyng Group Limited is a registered charity and voluntary sector training provider and a 'not for profit' organisation that has supported the training of young people and adults. They are looking for a English Tutor to join them, based in Corby and Rugby.
You will be working with young people aged 16-19. The successful applicant will demonstrate a wide experience and understanding of the delivery of functional skills and GCSE’s, curriculum innovation, curriculum strategies and experience of delivering English at a range of levels, although training is available for a suitable applicant who may lack classroom delivery experience.
What you need:
* Strong command of subject matter English
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Student centred in approach to teaching and learning
* Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to embrace change
* Able to work as part of a team and under your own initiative
* High level of written and oral communication skills
