Telesales Executive

Preston

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

£24,(Apply online only) per annum (rising to £26k after successful probation)

Uncapped commission + training bonus of £1500 paid within 6-month period

Ideal Recruit are currently looking for motivated, inquisitive and confident Desk Based Sales Executives on behalf of our client in Preston, who specialise in selling communication solutions to small-medium sized companies.

You will be an enthusiastic individual, who can be resilient and confident in making outbound calls, as well as someone who has an excellent telephone manner and experience in outbound sales would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities selling a full range of products and services.
You will identify and create opportunities for the field-based sales team whom you will work collaboratively with while selling larger solutions.
The focus of the role is a balance between contacting existing clients and building the client base by acquiring new business with the full support of a trusted database.

Drive and ambition to progress and develop
Resilience and self-motivation
Excellent organisation/planning ability
Ability to work collaboratively and build solid relationships with your team
Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience

*Previous sales experience is not required for this role; however, it would be beneficial*

Salary: Uncapped earnings from £24,(Apply online only) - £53,(Apply online only)pa
Full training provided by Academy Trainers, with access to the online Training Academy.
Training bonus: Subject to achieving set KPI’s a £1500 bonus is paid at set intervals during training.
