Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival
Direct individuals to the appropriate destination within the clinic
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring necessary amenities are readily available
Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Uphold office security measures and control access via the reception desk
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Support the administrative and clinical teams as needed
Prepare clinic and theatre notes
Register patients with comprehensive information
Schedule surgery and follow-up appointments
Manage patient invoicing and payment processingOther Essential Skills and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer care abilities
Exceptional organisational skills
Discretion in handling personnel matters
Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently
