About The Role
Team –Direct to consumer lead generation
Working Pattern -Monday- Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-13:45 (40 Hours) Hybrid - 2days per week in our Stockport office
Bonus (on target bonus)-£TBC per annum
Holiday allowance-Monday- Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-13:45 (40 Hours)

What will you do as a Lead generation executive?
You may have noticed us around, we sponsor multiple sports teams and events, and often advertise using our charming Mascot, Stanley the Dachshund.
As we are so present in people’s lives, interest in wanting to know more about us is growing and that is where you come in. You will be calling individuals who have enquired online about private medical insurance and having an initial chat to identify their needs. You will be providing accurate and expert knowledge whilst ensuring an excellent experience throughout. Whether the individual has had cover with us before or is new to our services, the calls you make are the perfect opportunity to shout about how we do things differently at Vitality.
Engage with Warm Leads: Initiate contact with potential clients who have shown interest in the company’s products or services.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their readiness for a sales conversation.
Provide Information: Offer detailed information about products or services, addressing any questions or concerns.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed set targets for lead conversion and sales.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.This role can be fast paced and since what we offer is unlike anything in the market, at times, we can be busy but don’t worry, we will provide you with all the training you need to succeed.
