Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm and Saturday shift 9:00am - 1:00pm on a rota basis

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client based in Hatfield. They are a fast growing and successful SME who are in the insurance industry. If you have excellent customer service skills, a great work ethic and are enthusiastic this could be the perfect role for you.

Our client will consider applications from both candidates with office experience and without. This opportunity would also suit a graduate or school leaver as full training will be provided.

SKILLS REQUIRED
·Confident and personable telephone manner
·Excellent customer service skills gained from office based, retail or hospitality environments.
·Good attention to detail
·Competent with Microsoft Packages
·Upbeat, enthusiastic and proactive

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Handling inbound customer service enquiries from both new and existing customers
·Update customer records and set up new policies
·Issuing renewal documentation to customers
·Making outbound calls to customers and clients
·Completing the administration process for insurance plans, including setting up, cancellations and postal communications
·Ensure all documentation is sent out to customers and clients in the set time frames
·Escalate any complaints to senior members of the team
·Stay in line with GDPR and FCA regulations
