REClifts is now working with a well-established and market leading lift engineering company looking to recruit a proven Lift Service Delivery Manager in Kent.
The Lift Service Delivery Manager will work alongside the Senior Leadership to work as one engineering unit working towards optimum branch efficiencies. This role has focused on safe operations, customer retention, profitability, and sustainable, balanced organic growth, continually improving operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities: Lift Service Delivery Manager

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of Lift Engineering systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Oversee a team of dedicated and qualified Lift Engineers, Managers and Office Personnel
Develop & implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, PPM schedules.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers to manage repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
Collaborate with all Lift installation Engineering teams to ensure efficiency
Manage budget allocation for Lift Engineering operations and energy efficiency initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns from building occupants.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incident reports.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in Lift Engineering technology and industry best practices.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance Lift Engineering efficiency, accessibility, and user experience.Ideal Candidate: Lift Service Delivery Manager

Must possess experience in team leadership, technical skills and customer relationship management.
5 years of experience in Lift operations, Engineering management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Lift systems, components, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in budget management and vendor relations.
Proven ability to manage emergency situations and ensure swift resolution.
