Are you a highly organised, methodical and adaptable Administrator capable of undertaking a variety of duties across a number of disciplines? Our highly successful and progressive client who has an impressive track record within their industry, is looking for an effective Administrator to support the business administration requirements of their offices. Working as part of a supportive team, in an environment where excellence is at the forefront of everything they do, you will be encouraged to develop your skill set and take ownership of tasks to reach your career potential.

Your responsibilities as an Administrator will include but are not limited to:

Being the first point of contact for the Milton Keynes office, answering the phone and greeting visitors.
Preparation and clearing of meeting rooms, including organising refreshments/ordering lunches.
Delivering a high-quality standard of work and service, reflective of business requirements and to maintain client satisfaction.
Organising, planning and implementing work to ensure it is delivered to deadlines.
Accurately and effectively managing the company filing and IT systems.
Ensuring there are sufficient stationary supplier for Milton Keynes as well as the other UK Offices.
Assisting with the organising of Client and staff functions.
Typing correspondence and producing reports in keeping with the brand guidelines.
Preparing and sending monthly invoices utilising Fresh Projects.
To be a successful Administrator, you must have:

Experience of working in an office environment.
A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency.
A driving license would be desirable.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & TEAMS
Experience of Fresh Projects would be advantageous.
