Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop comprehensive DR plans and BCPs, including defining RTOs, RPOs, and creating actionable recovery runbooks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between business leaders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Disaster Recovery Testing: Develop and execute DR testing plans, including tabletop exercises and real-world scenarios.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and BIA to identify potential threats and their impact on critical operations.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all DR documentation is up-to-date and adheres to industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DR, BCP, or IT service continuity.
- Strong knowledge of BCP, RTO, RPO, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience in planning and executing DR tests.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
