Role: Developer
Duration: 3 months
Location: Galway, IRL

Responsibilities:
Analyze customer information requirements and product specifications to draft technical content.
This short-term role involves the delivery of customer docs that may include a solution overview, reference architecture, infrastructure requirements, FAQ's, white paper.

The following skills are required for this role:
- Expert knowledge of DITA XML and authoring DITA content
- Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Tridion Docs
- Web publishing
- High-level technical writing and editorial skills
- Requirements analysis
- Comfortable collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering and Product Management

The following skills are desirable but not a requirement:
- Technical knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- Project management skills

Education and Experience:
Typically a First Level University degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science or related technical/communications field and a minimum of 8+ years related experience or an Advanced University degree and a minimum of 6 years experience or equivalent.
