About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will review and process all sales orders to ensure delivery documentation is prepared, enabling products to arrive at the right place at the right time.
This will include:
What you will be doing
- Ensure all required artifacts are in place.
- Meet customer-specific flow downs and project-specific requirements.
- Identify special purpose packaging and land, sea & air transit requirements.
- Monitor expiry dates for all documentation.
- Work closely with the delivery and trade compliance teams to meet their requirements.
- Progress, chase and take ownership of tasks as required.
About You
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to having multiple different tasks ongoing in parallel. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to work within technical teams.
You will have the following experience:
- Previous administrative experience within an engineering environment (aerospace/defence/maritime).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications (MS Word and MS Excel).
