Strategic Partner Development Manager
Strategic Partner Development Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.
Your tasks:
- Maintaining and strengthening strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders, including aligning partner priorities with company goals
- Identifying and initiating opportunities with potential partners, leading discussions to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to support partners effectively
- Analysing market trends and partner dynamics to develop strategic account plans, including creating presentations for executive stakeholders and conducting competitive analyses
- Forecasting and reporting on business metrics related to partnerships, tracking progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement
- Representing the company at industry events, advocating for the company's interests and building visibility within the market
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting and ideally travel industry
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams within large, distributed organizations
- Know-how of managing agreements or partnerships
- Good command of negotiating and finalizing contracts is preferred
- University degree or equivalent practical experience
- Language skills: English - fluent

- Exceptional advocacy skills, including the ability to engage executive stakeholders
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
