You will be working within a very fast paced and dynamic Application Support function supporting with incident management and disaster recovery. You will also be working within a company that really invests in their people in terms of training and development long term. What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience within an Application Support role is a must for this role.
• Experience working with and supporting SAAS Applications through third parties would be highly beneficial.
• First and Second line support and small business change for end users providing access management for joiners, movers and leavers.
• Supporting 5 key applications as well as further smaller applications on a day to day basis.
• Application upgrades, patching and resolution of any incidents or outages as and when required.
• Ensure that all applications adhere to the businesses security policies and that there are policies in place to report on user access and be proactive in managing the user entitlement.
