QA Expert (Senior) vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Overseeing quality assurance throughout the manufacturing and release processes
• Acting as the QA representative for routine GMP activities and projects
• Collaborating with production units, quality control, warehouses, and engineering departments to ensure compliance
• Ensuring accuracy of systems and documentation in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Participating in GMP audits, shopfloor activities, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance with a strong focus on GMP compliance, including routine GMP activities, manufacturing processes, and project-based QA initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality management systems
• Hands-on experience with quality oversight in cross-functional areas, including Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Engineering or Maintenance departments
• Experience conducting GMP audits and shopfloor inspections, with the ability to identify quality risks and lead resolution strategies effectively
• Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety guidelines
• Language skills: English and French - fluent
