Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role in transforming digital operations across Europe? We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Services to spearhead a high-priority initiative and oversee the management of a large-scale digital asset network.
About the Role:As the Head of Digital Services, you will lead the Real Time operations of a vast digital network spanning approximately 15,000 assets across Europe. This role requires someone who has hands-on experience in Real Time monitoring and incident management and is proficient in standing up Network Operations Centers (NOC) from the ground up.
You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless performance of our digital panels. Your focus will be on network performance, process optimization, vendor management, and establishing a strategy for digital operations excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Network Performance & Incident Management: Ensure smooth operation of digital assets, proactively managing performance and leading incident response.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business vision into actionable outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- NOC Development: Build and lead a high-performance Network Operations Center, managing 24/7 operational systems and enforcing SLAs with third-party suppliers.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Manage vendor relationships, focusing on service excellence, contract adherence, and performance monitoring.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of support engineers, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment with business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Managed Service environment with success in delivering operational excellence.
- Expertise in setting up and managing Real Time monitoring systems for large-scale operations.
- Hands-on experience in incident and change management following ITIL methodologies.
- Strong background in managing 24/7 operational systems and vendor relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language for senior stakeholders.
