Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, implementation, or consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules within ServiceNow.
• Strong Scripting skills, including SOAP, REST, and Java.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training content to different audiences and learning styles.
